Invitario privacy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
Invitario (this site, the app at /app/ and the invitations at /i/) is a Facilon brand, run by Alberto Curcio Linares (Costa Rica). Contact: support@esfacilon.com.
No accounts
Neither you nor your guests create an account. To manage your event you get a private key, kept on your phone (localStorage) and in your private host link; our server only keeps a hashed fingerprint (SHA-256) of it.
What we keep
- The invitation: the text, date, place, links and photos you upload (resized on your phone first). Anyone with the link can see it; the link is long and random and the invitation is marked so search engines don’t list it.
- Your guest list: names, phone numbers (optional) and how many people each guest may bring. Only you see it, in your dashboard. By adding someone you confirm you know them and they would expect your invitation.
- The answers: the name the guest types, whether they’re coming, how many people and their optional message, with the date and approximate country. Only the host sees them.
How long
Everything about the event (invitation, photos, list and answers) is deleted automatically 60 days after the event date (free event) or 1 year after (Full event). You can delete it earlier from your dashboard at any time.
WhatsApp, SMS or email messages
Invitario does not send messages. The buttons open your own app (WhatsApp, SMS, email) with the text ready, and you decide whether to send it. We never receive your chats or contacts. Invitario is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
Abuse protection
To stop spam we limit how many requests come from one connection. That count lives in Cloudflare’s memory and isn’t stored; to limit free events per day we keep a hashed fingerprint of the connection for 2 days, never the IP address.
Reports
If someone reports an invitation, we keep the reason, the comment and the email they type (if any), with the date and approximate country, only to review it.
Purchases
When purchases open, payments will be processed by Creem (creem.io), our reseller. We receive a random purchase code, the order number, the product and the amount. So you can recover your event on another phone we keep a hashed fingerprint (SHA-256) of the email you paid with, not the email itself. We never receive your card details.
Where, and cookies
Data is stored on Cloudflare (Workers KV). Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies. Technical cookies remember your language (iv_lang, iv_choice, iv_geo, iv_paylang). If the invitation has a song, the YouTube or Spotify player only loads when the guest taps it. No ads, and we don’t sell data.
Your rights
To see, correct or delete data, write to support@esfacilon.com. If you’re a guest and want your answer deleted, ask the host or write to us with the invitation link.
