Invitario terms of use

Invitario (“the app”, “we”) is an independent web tool run by Facilon (Alberto Curcio Linares, Costa Rica). By using the app, publishing an invitation or answering one you accept these terms.

1. What Invitario is

An app to make a digital invitation (quinceañera, wedding, birthday, baby shower, baptism, Christmas or any party) with RSVP, plus a dashboard where the host sees the answers and sends reminders from their own phone.

2. Free plan and Full event

Free: 1 event with up to 30 guests (your list plus anyone answering through the general link), one cover photo and a small “Made with Facilon” footer. The invitation stays online until 60 days after the event. To prevent abuse we limit how many free events can be created per connection per day.

Full event (coming soon): a one-time payment per event (not a subscription) of US$9.99 (Spanish/Portuguese invitation: US$6.99); taxes may apply depending on your country. It includes unlimited guests, a photo gallery, music, guest list export (CSV) and no Facilon footer, and the invitation stays online until 1 year after the event. Each purchase unlocks one event. Payments are processed by our reseller Creem (creem.io), the merchant of record, which charges you, issues the receipt and applies its terms. 3. What you may publish

You are responsible for what you publish and whom you invite. Only upload photos that are yours or that you may use. No nudity or sexual content, violence, hate, harassment, scams, other people’s private data without permission, or anything illegal. Don’t use Invitario for unwanted messages: send invitations and reminders only to people you know. Invitario is for event invitations only: raffles, giveaways, lotteries and betting are not allowed.

4. Moderation and reports

Every invitation has a “Report” link. We may remove, without notice, any invitation that breaks these rules (deleting its photos), or when an authority asks.

5. Your content

Your content stays yours. You allow us to store it and show it to anyone with the link, only so the invitation works.

6. No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep invitations online, but we don’t guarantee the service is error-free or always available, or that every guest will answer. Keep your private host link. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid for the event.
